So.... How is the typical Wedding Itinerary?
Every moment is unique!
Here is an example breakout of the day:
- Getting Ready/Bridal Sessions – Final details of bride and groom, in their respective rooms, getting on their bridal clothes along with their bridal party and/or family. Details of jewelry, shoes, final makeup touches, drinks, etc. Usually takes from one hour to one and a half-hour coverage.
- First Look (optional) – Short intimate couple’s session, right before the ceremony, the very first time for the groom to see the bride ready in her wedding dress. 10 to 15 minutes.
- Ceremony – It usually takes from 20 to 25 minutes, unless is a Mayan ceremony, then it is from 40 minutes to one hour.
- Formals – Pictures with family, friends, bridal party, and the whole group by the beach. From 25 minutes to one hour, depending on the number of guests.*
- Couple’s Session – 30 minutes to 1 hour photo session of the couple only, by the beach and perhaps some nice spots around the resort (depending on your preferences).
- Cocktail hour – Optional, if there is one or any other activity.
- Reception – Entrances, speeches, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet throw, etc. Usually done within the first one or two hours of the reception.
- Party – Optional
*The estimated duration of each activity within the event is approximate, we estimate 6 to 7 hours for a whole day event; however, it depends a lot on the pax number, your wedding itinerary, and of course your preferences for the activities you’d like to get covered.

Book Your Services
After availability confirmation You will receive a link by Your Coordinator. Book by signing our online contract. No deposit is needed if Your event will be at one of the listed Resorts. Total amount due will be included by the Resort in your wedding invoice.

Once You are here we'll arrange a briefing to meet Your photographers team, to discuss the itinerary and details of the wedding day and take note of Your last minute requests.
The wedding day has come!
Just Enjoy Your Day! According to Your package, You will receive all required services and photographers coverage.
You receive a link. Your photos photos will be ready!
Download Your edited files through a dedicated link and order optional extra images.
In case, Canvases or Printouts will be sent directly to Your address.
Share Your Joy online with family and friends! You can share Your wedding images right from the online gallery!
